Priveterra Acquisition II (Tastemaker Acquisition)

We are a newly organized blank check company whose business purpose is to effect a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses. We have not selected any specific business combination target. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry or geographic region, we intend to focus on the Target Sectors. We will seek to capitalize on the significant experience of our management team and advisor in consummating an initial business combination with the ultimate goal of pursuing attractive returns for our stockholders. Our management team, led by co-Chief Executive Officers Dave Pace and Andy Pforzheimer, with Greg Golkin as President and Chris Bradley as Chief Financial Officer, bring a unique combination of executive, operating, investing, financial and transactional experience across the Target Sectors.
